Declaration on accessibility

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.museumsuferticket.de.

Legal basis

As a provider, we are obliged to make our website accessible in accordance with the requirements of the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG) and Directive (EU) 2016/2102. The benchmark for this are the requirements of WCAG 2.1 at conformity level AA and the EN 301 549 standard.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

The website is currently partially compliant with the above requirements.

We use the digiaccess tool, which provides users with various operating aids (e.g. contrast adjustment, read-aloud function, font size change).

Note: This overlay technology makes it easier to use, but does not replace a fully accessible implementation in the source code. We are continuously working on making the website technically fully accessible.

Non-accessible content

The following aspects are currently known to us and are being optimized step by step:

  • Contrasts: Certain color contrasts do not yet meet the minimum requirements in all cases (WCAG 1.4.3).
  • Keyboard operation & focus: Individual control elements are not yet fully accessible via the keyboard or do not have a clear focus sequence (WCAG 2.1.1/2.4.3).
  • Forms: In some cases, there is no clear programmatic assignment of labels and input fields and no consistent semantic labeling of error messages (WCAG 1.3.1/3.3.1-3.3.3).
  • Captcha im Checkout: Zur Absicherung gegen Spam wird ein Captcha eingesetzt. Dieses kann für einige Nutzergruppen eine Barriere darstellen. Wir prüfen barriereärmere Alternativen.

Preparation of this declaration

This declaration was created on 01.10.2025 and last updated on 01.10.2025. It is based on a self-assessment of the website.
