All payments are processed securely and encrypted via our certified payment providers.
Shipping
As these are online tickets, they are sent digitally only:
- After successful payment, you will immediately receive your ticket(s) by email.
- Please also check your spam folder if you do not receive an email.
Important Information
- Online tickets must be presented at the entrance either in printed form or as a digital ticket on your smartphone.
- Please have a valid identification document (identity card, passport or driver’s license) ready for identification.
- Delivery by post is not possible.
